Membership Terms & Conditions of Membership Sparta Fitness Ltd trading as Fyre Gyms (hereinafter referred to as FYRE Gyms)

The Agreement commences once you have completed the sign-up process and become a member at FYRE Gyms

All Memberships starts immediately, unless you select a deferred start day on signing up

You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges for the type of membership plan/term of you have chosen

All membership agreements are non-transferrable and should not be used by another person at any time.

FYRE Gyms operate an automatic renewal subscription on all membership types, which means your membership type will automatically renew at the end of the term (all monthly & annual membership plans) by the payment method you signed up on unless you cancle prior to the subscription renewal date. To cancel your membership at any time please contact the studio directly or alternatively contact us via email: fyregyms@gmail.com

You will manage your own account in the Glofox/FYRE Gyms account. FYRE Gyms will not intervene in your account, you will take full responsibility to ensure your details are true and accurate and maintained by you always.

Fees and Charges:

A €15.00 joining fee will be added to all new monthly and annual membership plans

Membership fees are collected by credit card/debit card/direct debit (which ever you have chosen)

Membership fees are non-refundable or transferrable under any circumstances

Monthly & Annual memberships can be paused on the grounds of medical advice, written confirmation must be provided from a qualified medical practitioner. Or for a fee of €5.00 – subject to a maximum period of 90 days

Monthly Memberships:

Monthly membership fees will be collected one month after you joined. Your monthly payments will be deducted by the payment method you choose upon joining FYRE Gyms.

Subsequent monthly membership fees will be collected monthly thereafter, and these monthly payments made are non-refundable. If a payment is not received on the due date, once is it is received prior to the cancellation of membership, it will be backdated to the due date as this is linked to your membership start date.

If any monthly membership fee is retuned unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honoured, we will send you an email informing you of the first bounced payment. Our system will then attempt to take the payment again 3 times in the days following the subscription renewal date making it four attempts in total to take payment.

If the fourth and final attempt to take payment is unsuccessful, your membership will be cancelled.

Non-payment of account will result in your membership being automatically cancelled. Our joining fee of €15 will apply to all sign ups once your membership has been cancelled.

If your membership is not renewed by/on the specific renewal date your membership will be deemed to have lapsed and you will not be granted access to FYRE Gyms without payment.

All unpaid monthly fees are subject to any associated bank charges put upon us.

Annual Memberships:

The joining fee and full years membership is collected from you on your signing up day and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Day Pass Memberships:

Your membership will be activated on the date purchased or the date you specified and is valid for use on those dates only, single entry use only. You cannot transfer this daily membership to anyone else nor transfer to another date.

General:

You agree to comply with the Rules of membership which are displayed in FYRE Gyms and on our website, which relate to opening hours, use of facilities and your conduct of behaviour. We may make reasonable changes to the Rules at any time provided we give you advanced notice of the change.

We may terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notifying you if you are in breach of the Rules. Your membership will be cancelled immediately.

You should also notify your bank to confirm cancellation of payment instructions in circumstances of cancellation.

We may assign the benefit of this agreement and our rights thereunder to a third party on notice to you. Your rights under this agreement will not be prejudiced.

If we take no action or let you off any breach of this agreement or give you extra time to pay or comply, it will not stop us enforcing the terms of this agreement strictly at a future date.

We reserve the right to increase our fees at any time once we give you prior notice

Security:

Members are provided with lockers within both changing rooms. Please ensure that you lock all belonging away securely always. Management are not responsible for loss or theft of any items whilst on the premises. Overnight use of lockers is prohibited.

Cars parked in the outside parking area are parked at the owners own risk.

Due to COVID-19

We ask that FYRE Gyms members adhere to the following for the health and safety of our staff and members:

Ensure you are in good health and not displaying any signs of Covid-19 or have not travelled abroad in the past 14 days and are not subject to a period of self-isolation.

Ensure you clean/sanitise your hands-on entry / exit to the gym and before training
Practice good respiratory hygiene in the facility
Bring a (mandatory) sweat towel

You must bring your own anti-viral/bacterial wipes or separate cleaning cloth to use with the provided sprays to wipe clean and sanitise all personally used equipment before and after use

It is discouraged to share any equipment with others, unless you are from the same household
Maintain and respect the current social distance requirements

Please do not congregate prior and after classes or allocated open gym time slot

Access to Locker rooms is available however Shower Room facilities are currently not in use until further notice
